Students begin by reading the partner play script about a teacher who injures herself while on a bicycle ride with her fiance.
When students finish reading the script, they can work with their partner to complete the context clues worksheet. Students are asked to define six underlined words in the script. Words include hapless, cajoled, prone, hassock, elevated, and enervated.
